Kitnapo Refund and Returns Policy (Effective Date: November 29, 2024)
At Kitnapo, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not fully happy with your order, we offer a clear and straightforward refund and returns process to ensure your experience with us is as smooth as possible.
1. Returns
Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns for products that are unopened and unused within 14 days of receiving your order. The product must be in its original, unopened packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for perishable items, or for products that have been opened or used.
How to Return an Item
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

- Return Authorization: Our customer service team will provide you with return instructions, including a return authorization number.
- Pack and Ship the Item: Carefully repackage the product in its original packaging, including all tags and labels. Please include the return authorization number in the package.
- Return Shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective items).
Once we receive the returned product and verify its condition, we will process your refund.
2. Refunds
Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds will only be issued for unopened and unused products that meet the return criteria mentioned above. Once your return is approved, we will issue a refund to the original payment method. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
Processing Time
After we receive and inspect your returned item, please allow 7-10 business days for your refund to be processed. The refund will be issued to your original method of payment.
3. Damaged or Defective Products

How to Report Damaged or Defective Products

- Return or Exchange: Once we verify the issue, we will arrange for a return or exchange at no extra cost to you.
4. Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Opened or used products (unless damaged or defective).
- Perishable goods, such as food items, that are not suitable for return.
5. Exchanges
Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the product following our return policy and place a new order for the desired item.
